Be findable where people actually look for you.

Local listings, campaigns and follow-up, built into the same account as your services, so what you promote is what you are registered to deliver.

Why good providers stay invisible

The service is fine. Nobody outside a twenty-person referral network knows it exists.

Enquiries from search2 of 40Referrer moved ona third of the pipeline went with them@daniel.kEverything we get comes from two people.

Referrals are the whole pipeline

One coordinator changes jobs and a third of your enquiries go with them, with nothing behind it.

Enquiries go cold in an inbox

The work arrives and the follow-up does not, because nobody owns the two days after someone asks.

How the marketing runs

Three passes over one set of facts about your business. Because it is the same account, what you promote can never drift away from what you are registered to deliver.

One set of details, everywhere

Name, address, phone, hours, service areas and the services themselves, held once and pushed out to the places people search. When something changes, it changes in one place rather than in six, which is the whole reason local listings go wrong.

Something to send, written for your services

Email and social posts drafted from what you actually deliver and where, for the audiences that matter in this sector: families, support coordinators and referrers. You approve everything before it goes, and nothing can advertise a service you are not registered for.

Nothing sits in an inbox

An enquiry arrives with an owner and a clock on it. Dallo drafts the reply, records the conversation against the person it belongs to, and tells you when something has been waiting too long, so the gap between interest and a phone call stops being a matter of who checked email.

What it covers

Being found

The basics of local visibility, done consistently, which is most of what actually moves in this sector.

  • Local listings
  • Service area pages
  • Referrer contacts
  • Reviews and profiles

Reaching out

Something to actually send, drafted for the services you deliver and approved by you first.

  • Email campaigns
  • Social posts
  • Enquiry forms
  • Follow-up sequences

Keeping it honest

The reason this belongs beside the compliance rather than in a separate tool.

  • Only registered services
  • Consent and unsubscribes
  • Enquiries left waiting
  • Details kept current

Why marketing sits beside the compliance

The alternative is an agency that does not know which registration groups you hold, a listings tool that does not know you moved, and an inbox nobody owns.

One source for your details

Change an address once and every listing follows it.

Drafted for what you deliver

Campaigns are written from your services, not from a template.

It watches what goes quiet

An unanswered enquiry or a stale listing gets named.

It cannot promise what you cannot do

Only services you hold a registration for can be promoted.

About the marketing tools

What operators ask before they let a compliance platform do their promotion.

What does this actually do?

It keeps your business details consistent across the places people search, drafts email and social content from the services you deliver, and makes sure an enquiry has an owner and a reply rather than sitting in a shared inbox.

How many enquiries will I get?

We will not give you a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can say is what the tools do: make you findable, give you something to send, and stop enquiries going cold. The result depends on your market, your services and your follow-up.

Can it advertise something I am not registered for?

No, and that is deliberate. Campaigns and pages are built from your registration groups, so a draft promoting a service you do not hold a registration for is blocked before it goes anywhere.

Do I approve things before they go out?

Always. Nothing is sent or published without you approving it. Dallo drafts, you decide, and the approval is recorded with the rest of your account history.

Can my agency still work on this?

Yes. Give them access to the marketing side of the account and they can work in it directly. Most operators use the tools for the consistency work and keep an agency for anything creative.

What about privacy and consent?

Contacts, consent and unsubscribes are tracked in the account, and enquiry data sits under the same controls as the rest of your records. Participant and client information is never used for marketing unless you have the consent to do so.
