What am I actually paying for?
The platform that gets you registered and keeps you registered: the application, the policy pack, the daily checks against the standard, the evidence an auditor asks for, and the website that brings you clients. One subscription, not a licence plus a consultant plus a web developer.
Is there a setup fee or a lock-in contract?
No setup fee, and no lock-in. Monthly plans run month to month. Annual billing saves ten per cent and is the only commitment longer than a month we ask for.
How does this compare to a compliance consultant?
A consultant is usually a retainer plus a fee each time the standard moves. Dallo is a subscription that does not change when a clause does. Complex, judgement-heavy situations still benefit from a person, and you are free to bring one in.
What happens if I outgrow Starter?
You move to Enterprise and nothing is rebuilt. Your documents, evidence and history come with you, because they were never in a separate system.
Can I pay annually, and can I get an invoice?
Yes to both. Annual billing saves ten per cent, and we can invoice rather than charge a card if that suits your finance process better.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
They stay yours. Your policies, procedures and evidence can be exported at any time, including on the way out, and they are never shared outside your account.
