A licence does not bring you clients. A website does.

Your site live on your own domain, written for the services you are registered to deliver, and updated whenever your registration changes.

Why providers go without a website

Not because they do not want one. Because every route to getting one competes with running the service.

Website quoteeight weeks, before contentBudget leftafter registration@daniel.kIt was the website or the audit. I picked the audit.

The quote arrives and the plan dies

A build, a designer and a copywriter is a real project at a real price, right when the money is going into getting registered.

Untitled draftLorem ipsumComing soon@nadia.bSix months in and it still says coming soon.

The builder is another job

A blank template and a weekend becomes six months of a half-finished page nobody outside the business has seen.

Services offered3 listed7 deliveredEnquiry about a service you droppedthe site never got updated@sam.oOur site describes the business we were in 2023.

It goes stale immediately

You add a service or a site and the website still describes the business you were last year.

How the site goes live

Three passes, and none of them is a blank page. The account already knows what you deliver and where, so the site starts from that rather than from a template.

It writes from what you are registered for

Your registration groups, your service types and your locations are already in the account, so the pages arrive written: what you do, who you do it for, where you cover, and the things a family or a support coordinator actually reads before they call.

Your words, your look, your domain

Edit any page, change the type and the colours, and connect the domain you own rather than sitting on somebody else's subdomain. Hosting, certificates and the enquiry form come with it, so there is no second supplier to organise before it is live.

It changes when the business changes

Add a registration group, open a second site or stop offering something, and the pages that describe it move with you. Enquiries land in the same account as the rest of your records, so the person who answers them is looking at the same picture as the person doing the compliance.

What it covers

What it builds

A working site rather than a starting point: pages written, connected and already pointing at your services.

  • Service pages
  • About and team
  • Enquiry forms
  • Locations and coverage

What comes with it

The infrastructure that usually means a second supplier and a second invoice.

  • Hosting and domain
  • Certificates and security
  • Search basics and sitemap
  • Enquiry tracking

What it keeps in step

The reason it is part of the platform rather than a separate product.

  • Services as they change
  • Registration details
  • New enquiries
  • Content that ages

Why the website sits inside the platform

The alternative is a separate agency, a separate login and a separate invoice, describing a business whose details live somewhere the website cannot see.

Live without a build project

The pages arrive written from what the account already knows.

Written, not templated

Copy drafted for your services, then edited in your words.

It notices what goes stale

A service changes and the pages describing it are flagged.

Enquiries land in the account

The same place your clients, records and compliance already live.

About the website

What operators ask before they let the platform build the outward-facing half.

Is it my own domain, or a Dallo address?

Your own. Connect a domain you already hold or register one through Dallo, and the site runs on it with its own certificate. Nothing sits on a shared subdomain.

Do I need to write the copy?

No. The pages are drafted from your registration groups, service types and locations, and you edit them from there. Most operators change a few paragraphs rather than start from a blank page.

Can I use my own designer?

Yes. Type, colours and layout are yours to set, and a designer can work in the same account. What you cannot do is take the code and host it elsewhere, because the site stays connected to the account the content comes from.

Will it get me clients?

It gives you the thing a family or a support coordinator looks for when they are deciding whether to call, and an enquiry form that lands in your account rather than in an inbox. What it will not do is promise you a number, and no honest platform would.

What happens when my services change?

The site is fed from the same record as your registration, so adding a group or a location updates the pages that describe it and flags any page that no longer matches what you deliver.

What happens to the site if I leave?

The domain is yours and stays yours, and your content can be exported. The site itself stops being hosted by us, so plan the move the way you would with any hosting provider.
